A beautiful oceanside golfing community is the site of this 3,990 square foot one-story residence with a 3,224 square foot basement.  The flat site lends itself to walk out courtyards and patios at the first floor level. The point of departure for design was the focal point from the entry gate through an enclosed courtyard, with glass walls providing views through the house to the ocean beyond.
