An oceanside paradise is the site of this 1,900 square foot one story residence with a 730 square foot basement. The point of departure for design was taking advantage of the ocean view while designing for privacy from the busy street in front. The frosted glass of guard rails and planting act as screening and add a sense of depth to the front yard.
